The abrasive flow is gravity fed to the cone bottom of the blast machine. The blast media then goes through flow control valve, through a blast hose and out the nozzle. While this it the traditional design for sandblast machines, it does not lend itself very well to water soluble sodablast machines since the soda media can bridge at the bottom interrupting the soda media flow.
To solve this problem a top fed machine is required which is a unique design used in soda blasting. The solution:
